Cancellation / No-Show Policy
It is the patient's responsibility to call our office to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A no-show is when you miss an appointment and do not cancel it in a timely manner. No-shows will result in a $35 cancellation fee.
If You Are Running Late
You are required to call or text our office at (813) 345-4044 if you are running late for your appointment. Our staff will determine whether we need to reschedule your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we will make an effort to accommodate you. However, your appointment may be rescheduled.
Cancellation and No-Show Charges
The following charges apply for appointment cancellations and no-shows:
