Lindsey Escobar, FNP-BC

A Tampa native who has dedicated her career to medicine done with intention, Lindsey has been in practice since 2013 with the past several years focused exclusively on aesthetic and anti-aging medicine. She holds an MSN from the University of Tampa, board certification through the ANCC, and advanced fellowship training through A4M in integrative anti-aging and hormone optimization. She receives ongoing training through Allergan on the latest injectable and filler techniques and is certified on laser platforms including BBL HEROic, MOXI, and HALO. Her clinical scope covers the full spectrum: Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, weight management, and hormone optimization. Lindsey's philosophy is straightforward: every patient deserves a treatment plan built around their goals, not a menu. Her results speak for themselves, and her patients keep coming back because they prove it.

Carla brings something rare to aesthetic medicine: 23 years of clinical depth that begins in one of the most demanding settings in healthcare. After earning her BSN from Samford University and her MSN with honors from the University of South Alabama, she spent 11 years as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in cardiovascular medicine before transitioning to aesthetics in 2016. Board-certified by the ANCC, she is also a certified national medical aesthetics trainer, regularly trained by Allergan on the latest injectable and filler advances, and certified on laser platforms including BBL HEROic, MOXI, and HALO. The instincts she built in critical care, careful assessment, conservative recommendations, nothing done without clinical justification, define how she approaches every consultation. She doesn't chase trends. She builds plans.
Laura Jones, FNP-C

Laura brings more than 30 years of nursing experience to aesthetic medicine, including over 15 years as a nurse practitioner and more than a decade focused specifically on aesthetics. An AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. Before stepping into the nurse practitioner role, she spent 17 years as a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, an environment that demanded the precision, steady clinical judgment, and deeply compassionate, patient-centered care that still define her work today. Her focus is aesthetic medicine, advanced skin care, and whole-person wellness, and she is known for a refined, personalized approach that emphasizes natural, balanced results and celebrates each patient's unique beauty. By pairing deep medical expertise with an artistic eye, she creates outcomes that are elegant, subtle, and confidence-enhancing while supporting long-term skin health. Jodi's path into skincare began with her own skin. Managing acneic skin for years gave her a firsthand understanding of how personal and frustrating the journey can be, and it's what drives her commitment to truly individualized care. A licensed Master Aesthetician and certified laser technician with 20 years in the industry, she trained at the Beauty and Health Institute of Tampa and has built one of the most comprehensive certification profiles in the field: laser, electrolysis, medical-grade chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and microdermabrasion. She is also trained on Obagi and SkinMedica medical-grade skincare and certified on laser platforms including BBL HEROic, MOXI, HALO, and DiamondGlow. As our most senior aesthetician, Jodi approaches every treatment with the precision of a clinician and the eye of someone who genuinely cares about your skin, not just today's appointment.
Ivanis Johnson, LE
Licensed Aesthetician · Skincare Specialist
Ivanis brings seven-plus years of hands-on experience and a genuine curiosity about what makes each patient's skin unique. Trained at the Beauty and Health Institute, she has continued to expand her expertise well beyond her initial training, adding certification on BBL HEROic, MOXI, HALO, and DiamondGlow laser platforms alongside formal training in Obagi and SkinMedica medical-grade skincare. She specializes in rejuvenating facials, chemical peels, and laser treatments, and approaches every appointment as a fresh conversation about what her patient actually needs, not a standard protocol applied on autopilot. Her patients tend to book with her again and again, and that consistency is something she takes seriously.

Patient Relations Coordinator
Tiffany has been the welcoming face of Florida Aesthetics and Wellness since 2014, making her one of the longest-tenured members of our team. A Florida native with a Cosmetology license from Florida Technical College and a Hillsborough Community College graduate, she brings both warmth and genuine product knowledge to every interaction. Certified in CoolSculpting and regularly trained by Allergan's patient education and client experience team, Tiffany knows the treatments as well as anyone in the building. She helps patients navigate their options, never pushing more than they need, and has a knack for making first-time visitors feel like they've been coming here for years.
Brittany Townsend

Brittany is a dedicated Medical Assistant with a genuine passion for wellness and aesthetics, focused on helping patients reach their health and well-being goals. Her background in fitness coaching taught her that lasting results are built on trust, and that belief shapes how she works: forming genuine, supportive relationships and making sure every patient feels confident, informed, and empowered at each step. She takes real pride in being a steady, reassuring presence, the kind that puts people at ease and keeps them moving toward what they came in for. Outside the office, Brittany is happiest with her two sons, cheering them on through their travel hockey adventures, staying active, and exploring new places.
