A proud Tampa native, Lindsey Escobar, FNP-BC, has been dedicated to the field of medicine since 2013, with the past seven years focused exclusively on aesthetic medicine. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa. With a strong foundation in clinical care and a passion for wellness and aesthetics, Lindsey brings both medical expertise and an artistic eye to every treatment she provides.

With a strong clinical foundation and advanced training through The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), Lindsey serves as the primary Anti-Aging Specialist at Florida Aesthetics and Wellness. She specializes in integrative anti-aging solutions, weight management, and wellness optimization—delivering medically guided, results-driven care designed to enhance vitality, balance hormones, and support long-term health and longevity.

She is extensively trained in a wide range of advanced aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, and other non-invasive treatments. Known for her gentle touch, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to delivering natural-looking results, Lindsey’s goal is to enhance each patient’s features in a way that leaves them feeling refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves.

At Florida Aesthetics and Wellness, Lindsey creates a welcoming, results-driven experience for every client. She believes in open communication, patient education, and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their care. Her approach is personalized and thoughtful, ensuring that each treatment plan aligns with her patients’ unique goals and aesthetic vision.

Outside of the clinic, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Her work is driven by a deep passion for helping others look and feel their absolute best—both inside and out.

Carla Cole, MSN, APRN-C is an Aesthetics Consultant at Florida Aesthetics and Wellness in Brandon, Florida. She has 23 years of clinical experience in the fields of Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine. She graduated from Samford University’s Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing in 1999 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. In 2005, she graduated with honors with a Masters degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and is board certified by ANCC as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.

As a nurse practitioner, she specialized in cardiovascular medicine for 11 years before pursuing her passion of aesthetic medicine. In 2016 she began her career in aesthetic and cosmetic medicine and has completed extensive training and attended advanced courses in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, laser resurfacing, non-invasive body sculpting and body contouring treatments, PRP/PRF, and radiofrequency microneedling. She is also a certified national medical aesthetics trainer.

She is passionate about patient education and patient advocacy and ensures that everyone receives a personal and caring experience. The focal point of her practice is utilizing a conservative approach towards achievement of the patient’s long term goals. She provides a thorough and comprehensive treatment plan, recognizing that each treatment is individualized based on the patient’s goals. With a skilled eye, comforting touch, and a steady and gentle hand, Carla works with patients to provide natural and balanced results. Her goal is to make a positive impact on each patient she encounters while creating a positive experience and trusting relationship with her patients.

When she is not helping patients, she is the single mother of a son and daughter. Carla volunteers regularly at her children’s school, teaches Sunday School and is an active parishioner at St. John’s Episcopal Church and is involved in several non-profit organizations and participates in numerous community events. She is an artist whose preferred medium is oils on canvas. Carla is an Ironman triathlete and marathon runner who enjoys exercising and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Kim, MSN, ARNP, is an Aesthetics Consultant at Florida Aesthetics and Wellness in Brandon, Florida. She is a native of Kentucky, earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tampa and her Masters from University of South Florida. She has many years of experience in ICU nursing, OR, and also Transplantation and medical research. Kim began working in the aesthetic field with lasers and then progressing into injecting fillers and neuromodulators in 2008. Kim joins the Florida Aesthetics team of providers bringing with her 8 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She has been certified and extensively trained in Botox and dermal fillers, as well as laser resurfacing, IPL, fractional laser, laser hair removal, and medical weight loss. Her goal is to educate the patient on prevention, skin care, and the effects of aging. Her primary goal is to help others achieve a radiant, more dynamic, fresher look for their age. Kim works with patients to develop a customized plan to maintain their youthful look and keep a natural appearance. She puts great effort to develop her relationship with patients, and provides full detail of available options, recommends the best treatment and manages expectations. Safety and outcomes are her main priority by ensuring the client is fully informed, understands the pre and post treatment instructions and is compliant with follow up visits.

Jodi Sullivan, LE, CCE, CME, is a Medical Aesthetician at Florida Aesthetics and Wellness in Brandon, Florida. She has worked in the beauty industry for the past 20 years. She is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and a certified laser technician. Jodi’s passion for skin health comes from her own struggles with acneic skin throughout most of her life. She’s been able to improve her own skin health through educating herself on the suitable products and treatments, and she is passionate about helping others to achieve their skincare goals as well.

Jodi received her education at the Beauty and Health Institute of Tampa. She has received multiple certifications and undergone training for various cosmetic treatments, including laser, electrolysis, medical grade chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, microdermabrasion, skin care products, and other facial treatments. Jodi is skilled when it comes to determining procedures and products to suit each individual’s skin care needs. Her attention to detail ensures that each of her patients receive the best and most thorough care possible. She understands the importance of education in skin care and strives to continuously improve herself through advance training.

Ivanis Johnson, LE, is a Medical Aesthetician at Florida Aesthetics and Wellness in Brandon, Florida. With over seven years of experience in the beauty industry and a graduate of the Beauty and Health Institute, Ivanis is dedicated to delivering exceptional skincare experiences. Driven with a passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their skincare goals, Ivanis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Trained in the latest techniques and armed with a keen eye for detail, she specializes in personalized skincare treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. From rejuvenating facials to chemical peels and laser treatments, Ivanis is committed to delivering exceptional results. With her expertise in laser technology, she can provide hair reduction treatments and advanced skincare solutions for a wide range of concerns.

Tiffany Liebler is a Patient Relations Coordinator at Florida Aesthetics and Wellness in Brandon, Florida. She has been with Florida Aesthetics and Wellness since 2014, and is usually the first face you see when you visit our clinic! She will help you explore our wide range of products and services from injectables and skin rejuvenation to weight loss, and will help you schedule. Tiffany graduated from Hillsborough Community College, and also holds a license in Cosmetology from Florida Technical College.

Tiffany is certified in Coolsculpting and very passionate about giving her patients amazing results.
