Frequently Asked Questions

We are not able to. Those balances were held by Venus Med Spa, and we have no way to verify what was purchased or what remains. We would rather tell you that plainly than let you find out at the front desk. What we can do is pick your treatment back up, and our transition offer takes $100 off your first service so restarting costs you less.
Yes. The series works around your hair growth cycle, and the sessions you have already had still count. Tell us roughly how many you completed and when the last one was, and we continue the series rather than restart it.
Not much. Bring whatever you have, even if it is only a rough memory. For neurotoxins and fillers, the timing and your own sense of how the last treatment settled tell us most of what we need. If you can get records, they help, but do not let their absence stop you booking.
No. Neurotoxin softens gradually over three to four months, so what matters is when you were last treated, not where. If you are close to due, we can keep you on your cycle. If you have already softened more than you would like, we pick up from where you are now.
We are located at 1767 S. Kings Ave in Brandon, roughly two miles from the Brandon Mall location and about five miles from the Riverview location on US-301. For most former Venus patients, that makes us closer than anywhere else they are considering.
