Cancellation/No-Show Policy

It is the patient’s responsibility to call our office to cancel or reschedule an appointment at no later than 48 business hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time.  A “no-show” is when you miss an appointment and do not cancel it in a timely manner. No-shows will result in $35.00 cancellation fees.  Same Day Cancellation Fee: $20.00

How To Cancel Your Appointment

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you notify our office at least 48 hours in advance from the last business day. To cancel an appointment, please:

• Call/text our office at (813) 345-4044, or email us at client-services@floridaaesthetics.com 
• If you booked your appointment online, you could cancel the appointment online. 

Late Arrival Policy

You are required to call/text our office at (813) 345-4044 if you are running late for your appointment.  Our staff will determine whether we need to reschedule your appointment.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we will make an effort to accommodate you. However, your appointment may be rescheduled.
